Price 400 euro.
1st payment is 200 euro. Rest balance is after issued work permit and scan as confirmation that job is done and out. Courier charges is separate by order or soft copies (just scans) also accepted often. 

But seasonal work permit has 2 options: 

1) hard copies with stamp and sending originals by courier (in this case the client should pay for courier charges.

2) electronic seasonal work permit is just scans.

No difference, but most candidates like to get original documents with stamps. They trust such docs with stamps more 🙂 but actually its the same.
